Title: QA Tech Lead

Location: Tulsa, OK; Marietta, GA; or Reston, VA – Hybrid ( 3 Days a week)

Job Type: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Lead will define and drive the quality assurance vision, strategy, and standards across the organization. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role responsible for building QA capabilities from the ground up, including automation frameworks and AI-driven testing approaches. This role will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and influence quality practices across engineering, product, and operations to ensure scalable, reliable software delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in quality assurance with deep, hands-on expertise across manual and automated testing of Java, Python, and .NET applications
• Proven experience building QA functions, frameworks, or strategies from the ground up
• Advanced experience with test automation frameworks and tools, including design and implementation
• Experience evaluating and implementing AI-driven testing tools or capabilities
• Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test strategy, and software development lifecycle practices
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments with the ability to influence quality across teams
• Demonstrated ability to define standards, best practices, and scalable QA processes
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive high-impact outcomes independently
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managed services, enterprise platforms, or highly integrated system environments
• Experience with performance, security, and API testing strategies and tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application architectures
• Experience selecting and implementing QA tools, platforms, or enterprise testing solutions
• Experience driving quality initiatives across multiple teams or departments
• Exposure to data-driven testing, observability, or quality metrics frameworks.
