Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into application solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend application components.
- Support application modernization, enhancement, and maintenance activities.
- Perform unit testing and assist with system and integration testing efforts.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Create technical documentation and support deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in software development, application support, and system enhancement projects.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
SQL, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, Backend Development, Frontend Development, Application Development, Unit Testing, System Integration, Software Maintenance
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Requirements Analysis, Application Modernization, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Defect Resolution, Production Support, Technical Documentation, Stakeholder Collaboration, Agile Methodology, Problem Solving, Deployment Support

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare, public sector, or government systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
