🚀 ServiceNow Consultant (Techno-Functional)
📍 Locations: Dallas | New Jersey | Washington DC

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions while aligning business processes with platform capabilities.

🔹 Gather requirements and design workflows across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
🔹 Configure and develop solutions (workflows, business rules, scripts, reports, integrations)
🔹 Drive end-to-end delivery: design → build → testing → deployment → support
🔹 Provide functional leadership on ITIL processes & ServiceNow best practices
🔹 Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP
🔹 Create documentation, training materials, and provide post-go-live support

✅ Requirements:

8+ years total ServiceNow experience, 3+ years in consulting roles

Strong JavaScript & Glide API expertise

Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

ServiceNow CSA / CIS (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM) preferred
