Detailed Job Description: This position will work as part of the team providing support and maintenance for several systems critical to the day-to-day operation of the Office of Mental Health (OMH) Patient tracking and Patient Survey. These systems include but are not limited to:

Patient Characteristics Survey (PCS)

OMH Office of Hospital Care and Community Transitions (OHCCT)

Mail Logging System (Maillog)

This includes support of ITS modernization and upgrade initiatives such as ITS OMH Transformation, Upgrade Windows 2008 Servers, Upgrade OMH Oracle Databases
