Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience leading complex projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budget control, and cross-functional team leadership. The candidate should be skilled at managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

• Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.

• Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, status reports, and project management tools.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.

• Manage change requests and ensure proper scope and impact assessments.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve project roadblocks.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and business expectations.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery methodologies.

• Mentor project team members and promote accountability, collaboration, and effective communication.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project management, program delivery, or enterprise project leadership.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

• Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and risk assessment.

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

• Experience working with enterprise clients and distributed teams.

• Knowledge of change management, governance frameworks, and executive reporting.

• Experience managing technology, digital transformation, cloud migration, or software development projects.
