Overview
Client is seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Financials Cloud Lead Techno-Functional Analyst to support enterprise customers utilizing Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud solutions.
This is a customer-facing role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong Oracle ERP Financials Cloud expertise, and a proven background in post-production support, issue resolution, customer success, and business solution delivery.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Oracle Financials Cloud environments while acting as a trusted advisor to customers, helping resolve complex business and application issues, mitigating risks, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle ERP Financials Cloud customers.
- Provide proactive functional and technical support for Oracle Financials Cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in production environments.
- Manage customer escalations and drive issues to resolution.
- Partner with Oracle Support, internal teams, and customer stakeholders to address business and application challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer needs.
- Identify risks, recommend solutions, and help customers maximize their Oracle Cloud investment.
- Support ongoing business process improvements and application enhancements.
- Create and contribute to tools, documentation, automation, and best practices that improve issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Provide leadership and guidance on Oracle ERP Financials Cloud functionality and solution design.
Required Experience
- 12+ years of overall ERP Financials experience.
- 3+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation and/or support experience.
- Strong experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud in production environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot functional and application-related issues.
- Experience serving as a customer-facing consultant, support lead, or trusted advisor.
- Strong understanding of Oracle applications from both functional and technical perspectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience.

This role is approximately 60-70% Functional and 30-40% Technical, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement, issue resolution, and post-sales support.
