Description
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the implementation and ongoing management of our DevNet tax collection software system. This role is exclusively focused on the DevNet platform, requiring someone with strong attention to detail who can ensure seamless execution and support. Located in Clayton, Missouri, this long-term contract position offers the opportunity to lead impactful software projects while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Direct the end-to-end implementation of the DevNet software system, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Act as the primary point of contact with the DevNet vendor to address issues, coordinate updates, and manage communication.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related challenges.
Oversee the adoption and rollout of new DevNet features, ensuring smooth transitions for users.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements and monitor progress to maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
Use a company-provided vehicle for occasional travel to support project objectives and engage with stakeholders.
Ensure quality control and resource allocation across all phases of the project.
Develop and execute rollout plans with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor financial systems related to the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Maintain detailed documentation to track progress and inform decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT or software implementation projects.
Proven track record in enterprise system rollouts, with experience in DevNet preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills to address project challenges effectively.
Ability to engage and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
Expertise in resource allocation, quality control, and financial system management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and drive results.
Willingness to work onsite, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel as required.
