• Title: ETL Software Engineer 
• Location: Dallas, TX only - Hybrid 3 days onsite for now, may come to 5 days
• Contract: W2 only, 6-12 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
• Pay: $65/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

This position involves coding and developing ETL Informatica Data feeds into a new tool within a regulated financial institution environment. The role requires expertise in NICE Actimize modules and complex database management, with a focus on automation and system configuration. Candidates with experience in financial crime and compliance are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coding and developing ETL Informatica Data feeds into new tool
• Building and customizing RCM workflows, AIS visual modeling, alert management, and UDM (Unified Data Model)
• Using APIs (REST/SOAP), Autosys/Control-M for scheduling, and tools like JIRA or HP QC ALM
• Managing complex databases with proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, particularly Oracle and MS SQL Server
• Strong coding in Java, with experience in UNIX/Linux environments
• Translating complex business requirements into technical, automated solutions
• Participating in an agile development environment
• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure system functionality and compliance

Required Skills

• NICE Actimize Modules: experience with ActOne, Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), Risk Case Manager (RCM), CDD Database
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data mapping, querying, and managing complex databases, particularly Oracle and MS SQL Server
• Strong coding skills in Java, along with experience in UNIX/Linux environments
• Experience using APIs (REST/SOAP), Autosys/Control-M for scheduling
• Experience with JIRA or HP QC ALM
• Coding and developing ETL Informatica Data feeds
• Building and customizing RCM workflows, AIS visual modeling, alert management, and UDM
• Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Trade Surveillance, KYC, and Fraud Detection
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical, automated solutions
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Education

• Bachelor''s Degree
