Job Description -
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and organize data related to payments and transfers of value to healthcare providers in support of federal Sunshine Act reporting requirements
- Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate and timely Open Payments reports to CMS, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies
- Perform data quality checks to identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential reporting errors in payment and transfer of value records
- Support the reconciliation of financial data across multiple systems including accounts payable, expense management platforms (Concur), and CRM databases
- Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, validation procedures, and reporting methodologies to support audit readiness
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track reporting metrics, submission deadlines, and compliance status for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Medical Affairs to gather required data elements
- Respond to data queries from healthcare professionals regarding reported payments and assist with dispute resolution processes
- Monitor regulatory updates and guidance for global transparency reporting requirements from CMS and other jurisdictions as needed
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for all Sunshine Act documentation in accordance with retention policies
- Other duties as needed
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
