Genesis10 is currently seeking a SAP Functional Consultant with our client in the transportation industry in their Atlanta, GA location. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Seeking a SAP Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles in alignment with client's security standards and SOX compliance requirements
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, SAP functional architects, and developers to ensure a secure, auditable, and compliant SAP environment
• Coordinate ongoing project deployments to maintain adherence to security methodology and design principles
• Analyze, create, and maintain SAP security roles and profiles to meet compliance and business needs
• Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and business units to deliver secure solutions
• Ensure audit compliance and contribute to SAP security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support production environments and coordinate security aspects of new implementations and projects
• Provide thought leadership on security design, risk mitigation, and future supportability
• Create and maintain security standards, procedures, and technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP security design, implementation, and administration in SAP ECC, including production support
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP security administration, including global account provisioning, authentication, IAS/IPS administration, and trust/federation configuration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions
• Experience with enterprise-level projects and strong project management capabilities
• Customer-focused with proven ability to manage expectations
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Expertise in SAP security objects across modules: AM, BC, FI, MM, PM, PS, QA, SD
• Proficient in SAP authorization concepts, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP security administration, including global account provisioning, authentication, IAS/IPS administration, and trust/federation configuration
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance, system risks, segregation of duties, and mitigating controls
• Familiarity with SAP Basis, ABAP objects, transports, and integration points
• Experience with SAP GRC 10.x
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database tools
• Understanding of identity management, SSO, mobile, and cloud security solutions

Desired skills:

• AC12 experience
• SAP HCM authorization experience (Payroll, Time, OM/PA) and structural profiles
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and Gateway authorizations
• Experience with SAP HANA BI role design and user administration
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management
