Pay Range: $22 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Datacenter Operations & Support
- Support day-to-day datacenter operations to ensure high availability and uptime.
- Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, network, power, and cooling issues.
- Hardware & Infrastructure
- Install, rack, stack, cable, label, and decommission servers, storage, and network equipment.
- Perform hardware upgrades, break/fix repairs, and component replacements.
- Maintain accurate rack elevations, asset inventories, and cabling documentation.
- Power, Cooling & Facilities
- Support and monitor critical infrastructure including Client, PDUs, generators, and HVAC systems.
- Follow proper procedures for power provisioning, load balancing, and capacity management.
