Job Description
This role will be leading finance/tech transformation projects, managing large-scale initiatives /transformational projects (ERP, data modernization, process re-engineering) in complex environments, strong stakeholder/executive communication, financial acumen, and skills in tools like JIRA, Power BI, Anaplan, or OneStream, aiming for operational efficiency and strategic growth within their alternative asset management business.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Driving end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution for strategic initiatives.
Transformation Focus: Leading finance or technology transformation programs
Stakeholder Management: Influencing senior executives and collaborating across global, complex teams.
Process Improvement: Re-engineering core finance processes (close, FP&A, reporting).
Tool Proficiency: Utilizing project management and data tools (JIRA, Power BI) Knowledge of Alteryx, Anaplan, OneStream or similar tool, is a plus.
Experience: 10+ years as a PM in asset management, finance transformation, or consulting.
Skills: Strong analytical, project management, financial acumen, and change management skills.
