Summary

Job Title: Automation Test Engineer – Amazon Connect, IVR, Cyara
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Mandatory

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, IVR systems, and Cyara. This role focuses on automating and validating contact center solutions to ensure high quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute automated test scripts for Amazon Connect and IVR call flows

  • Use Cyara to simulate real-world voice interactions and perform stress testing

  • Validate performance, functionality, and API integrations

  • Manage test cases, plans, and defects using QTest

  • Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams within an agile/CI-CD environment

  • Maintain test documentation and support compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing

  • Strong experience with Amazon Connect, IVR testing, and Cyara

  • Hands-on experience with QTest

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript

  • Experience with API testing and CI/CD pipelines

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)

Preferred:

  • Exposure to additional automation tools and AWS services

  • QA or testing certifications
