About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager who is proficient in consumer and professional camera systems, lenses, consumer and professional video, and professional printers. This role requires the ability to engage credibly with cinematographers, photographers, resellers, dealers and buyers.

The Sales Account Manager owns and grows assigned accounts by maintaining strong, consultative client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor on camera and lens technologies. This role is central to achieving strategic revenue goals through long-term account development, solution-based selling, and expansion across the company's imaging product and service portfolio.

Territory will cover Tennessee, Carolinas, Atlanta and Florida. Must live near a Major Airport

Your Impact

Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for cameras, lenses, accessories, video, printers and related services

  • Maintain regular client engagement
  • Execute territory and account sales plans to drive new business while expanding existing customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities for system-level sales, including camera/lens pairings, multi-camera builds, accessories, service contracts, and support programs
  • Act as a subject-matter expert
  • Collaborate with technical, sales engineering, and service teams to support complex or high-value deals, demos, and proposals
  • Drive awareness and demand for new camera and lens technologies through education, product positioning, and client presentations
  • Stay current on industry trends and competition

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience.

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the camera, lens, video, or imaging technology industry
  • Strong technical understanding of camera systems, lenses, mounts, formats, and production workflows
  • Ability to independently manage complex accounts and technical sales with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Comfortable engaging both creative users and technical decision-makers
  • Skilled at solution-based selling rather than transactional product sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

This role typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager and is suited for a fully qualified, self-directed professional who thrives in a technically sophisticated sales environment and understands the creative and operational realities of camera and lens customers.

We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $76,150-114,040. This role is eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
