Job Description:

Primary Skill : HubSpot CMS Hub HubSpot Platform Architecture

Must Have Skills

  • Over 8 years of experience designing delivering and supporting enterprise web platforms and digital experiences
  • Over 5 years of experience in Solution Architect Technical Architect Lead Developer or a similar technical leadership role
  • Experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and the broader HubSpot platform or comparable enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms
  • Experience defining architecture and migration strategies for CMSweb platforms or digital modernization initiatives
  • Ability to evaluate whether business capabilities should be implemented within a CMS platform through integrations or as standalone applications
  • Experience designing integration architectures using APIs and enterprise applications
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript TypeScript REST APIs and modern web application architectures
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments
  • Secondary Nice To Have Skills NOT MANDATORY
  • HubSpot Content Hub implementation experience most preferred during profile screening
  • HubSpot CRM experience combined with another CMS platform
  • HubSpot CRM experience combined with Nodejs
  • Experience with comparable enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships influence technical direction manage competing priorities and navigate complex environments
