Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end ERP deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, advanced SQL expertise, and a proven track record of successful implementations in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute an ERP re-implementation project in a live environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system workflows.
Configure ERP modules to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data migration, reporting, and system customization.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data security and integrity standards throughout the implementation process.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support
Strong understanding of ERP platforms
Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and ERP modules for production planning, inventory, and supply chain.
Experience with SQL (including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design).
Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and project management abilities.
Knowledge of business process mapping and workflow automation.
Strong documentation and training development skills.
Excellent communication skills
