Job Description
Seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with strong Trading Floor / Capital Markets experience to provide Windows Desktop and VIP support in a fast-paced financial environment.
Required Skills & Responsibilities
- 5+ years of Windows 7/10/11, macOS, and Windows Server support.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Imaging.
- Hands-on knowledge of Office 365, Exchange, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- 5+ years of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- Trading Floor / Investment Banking / Capital Markets IT Support.
- Bloomberg, FactSet, Reuters, and trading application support.
- VIP / Executive / White Glove Support experience.
- VDI, VMware, Hyper-V, Intune, AirWatch, and MobileIron.
- Hardware, printer, mobile device, and network troubleshooting.
- ServiceNow, ITIL, Disaster Recovery, and Asset Management.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Stable employment history and long-term project experience.
- Must be local to NYC/NJ and available onsite 5 days a week.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications preferred.
- No relocation candidates.
