Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support multiple Scrum Teams within the Cash & Liquidity .The ideal candidate will ensure smooth release execution, drive Agile best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the overall health of releases across multiple teams.
Understand Cash & Liquidity strategic priorities and guide planning efforts to ensure aligned delivery.
Manage project risks, issues, and escalate appropriately when needed.
Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and timelines.
Collaborate closely with teams to build product backlogs, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery.

Facilitated core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Release Planning & Demos
Provided servant leadership to Scrum teams; led by example and fostered high-performing teams
Removed impediments by coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Communicated risks, dependencies, and project status to stakeholders and leadership
Resolved conflicts through negotiation, arbitration, and collaborative discussions
Tracked Agile metrics: Product Backlog, Burn-down Charts, Velocity
Coached and mentored teams in Scrum adoption and Agile best practices
Guided teams in applying SAFe principles and values to improve Agile maturity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong, hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer.
Solid understanding of SAFe Agile and Agile project management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility in working hours as needed.
Strong collaboration and negotiation abilities.
SAFe RTE Certification is preferred.
