Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience building production LLM/Generative AI applications and agentic workflows.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for AI application development and data integration.
Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and document indexing for enterprise data retrieval.
Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise databases, APIs, and ERP business applications.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, or comparable enterprise LLM platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into working AI solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and productionize LLM-powered agents and multi-step agentic workflows.
Improve existing AI agents that fail or require excessive manual intervention to enhance reliability and autonomy.
Integrate LLMs with ERP data, SQL databases, APIs, documents, and other enterprise data sources.
Develop RAG, data retrieval, document indexing, and data-pipeline solutions to support business use cases.
Enable conversational generation of reports, analytics, charts, and dashboards for operational stakeholders.
Improve UX/UI of AI dashboards and workflows to ensure usability for non-technical, operational end users.
