PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst I to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements.
  • Provide expertise in change management and training support.
  • Provide organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments.
  • Provide expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • At least two (2) years of professional experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
  • Familiarity with help desk systems such as the National Help Desk (NHD) or Service Now Assistance Portal (SNAP) is desirable.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or,
  • A High School Diploma and four (4) additional years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
