Summary
Job Title: CliniSys System Administrator
Location: Remote
Job Description:
Administer, configure, and support CliniSys laboratory information systems (LIS/LIMS).
Perform user administration, roles, permissions, security, and access management.
Configure and maintain CliniSys modules, workflows, rules, forms, and system parameters.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and resolve incidents.
Support CliniSys installation, upgrades, patches, and version migrations.
Work with laboratory, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system changes.
Support interfaces between CliniSys and other healthcare/laboratory systems.
Troubleshoot HL7 interfaces, messaging, and connectivity issues.
Perform system testing, validation, documentation, and change management.
Support database/application servers and coordinate with infrastructure teams when required.
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
Participate in production support, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
Follow healthcare security, privacy, and change-control requirements.
