Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs and Greenfield implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, driving large-scale global deployments, and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams. This role requires extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA modules, project delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, and SAP Application Lifecycle Management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance processes.
• Coordinate global functional, technical, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive quality assurance, compliance, and project execution excellence.
• Engage with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Oversee multi-country SAP rollouts and enterprise-wide SAP programs.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies for project delivery.
• Facilitate business process mapping and business process re-engineering activities.
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools to support project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful SAP transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience leading Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Functional knowledge of SAP FICO.
• Functional knowledge of SAP MM.
• Functional knowledge of SAP SD.
• Functional knowledge of SAP PP.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience with Waterfall methodology.
• Experience with Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Strong experience in Business Process Mapping.
• Experience with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
• Strong project governance, risk management, and budget management skills.
• Experience managing global SAP programs and multi-country rollouts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Exposure to large-scale SAP landscapes and complex integrations.
• PMP or SAP-related certifications are preferred.
• Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic SAP initiatives.
