Sr/Lead Implementation Analyst

Job Title: Sr/Lead Implementation Analyst (QSight or Similar Inventory Management tool)

Location: Durham, NC

Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract

Schedule: Onsite Role (All 5-Days)

Job Description:

Education & Qualifying Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience leading customer implementation projects or defined project workstreams
• Experience implementing complex solutions, including PANDAC, in customer environments
• Ability to lead customer-facing discussions with clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders
• Strong project ownership, follow-up, and accountability skills
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver effective product, workflow, and process presentations
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple initiatives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated sound business judgment and professional decision-making
• Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer and internal partner needs
