Policy Development: Create and implement risk policies, standards, and procedures (PSP) aligned with NIST and CJIS frameworks.

Risk & Compliance: Support the Security Accreditation Process and ISO in aligning procedures with POAMs and mitigating audit findings.

System Security: Manage System Security Plans (SSP) and oversee application security scanning processes.

Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead cross-functional team meetings to reach consensus on sustainable risk management and compliance areas.

Data Privacy: Ensure organizational compliance with FERPA and manage FOIA-related technical documentation requests.

Platform Management: Utilize Keylight for risk management, tracking, and reporting.

Security Frameworks: 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with NIST and CJIS.

GRC Tools: 1-2+ years of experience utilizing Keylight for risk and compliance management.

Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience with FERPA, FOIA, and POAM management.

Documentation: Extensive experience developing System Security Plans (SSP) and implementing security standards.

Technical Breadth: Familiarity with application security scanning and risk-based mitigation plans.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to socialize security policy throughout the organization.
