Senior Solution Architect / Principal Voice Platform Engineer Twilio & Healthcare

Client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect / Principal Voice Platform Engineer to lead enterprise-scale healthcare telephony modernization programs using Twilio, .NET, AWS, and cloud-native IVR architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and govern large-scale Twilio Voice solutions for healthcare communication platforms
Design scalable IVR, call routing, Twilio Studio, TwiML, Webhook, and TaskRouter architectures
Lead migration programs from Genesys, Cisco, Avaya to modern Twilio + .NET ecosystems
Define enterprise patterns for DTMF fallback, ASR recovery, SIP trunking, carrier redundancy, and webhook reliability
Build and guide distributed backend services using ASP.NET Core, C#, Redis, AWS S3/CloudFront
Conduct architecture reviews, mentor engineering teams, and drive non-functional requirements (performance, failover, uptime)
Collaborate with customer stakeholders and present architectural recommendations for mission-critical healthcare systems

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Twilio Programmable Voice
- Twilio Studio & TwiML
- Twilio Webhooks & TaskRouter
- SIP trunking & telephony architecture
Strong expertise in:
- .NET 8 / C# / ASP.NET Core
- Redis-backed session/state management
- AWS (S3, CloudFront, Lambda)
- Multi-tenant IVR systems at enterprise scale
Experience leading telephony migrations from Genesys / Cisco / Avaya
Strong understanding of:
- DTMF & ASR fallback strategies
- Carrier failover & SIP routing
- HIPAA-compliant healthcare communication systems
- 24/7 high-availability clinical environments

Nice to Have

Twilio Flex / Notify / Event Streams
Voice Intelligence / NLP routing
Number porting operations
Hangfire orchestration
Automated IVR regression testing
Genesys PureConnect (ININ) experience
