Develop Team Capability and Technical Proficiency
  • Develop and update training materials and onboarding plans as needed.
  • Provide coaching to peers and others and conduct training during the onboarding of new team members

Qualifications / Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, finance, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain network design, optimization, infrastructure planning, logistics, operations research, or a related analytical field.
  • Direct experience applying network-optimization methods and translating model outputs into business recommendations.
  • Experience developing financial analyses and business cases for capital or operational decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems, define analytical scenarios, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend a course of action.
  • Ability to synthesize large and varied data sets into clear insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver compelling recommendations for senior and executive audiences.
  • Track record of collaborating across organizations and building alignment among stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives.
  • Ability to coach colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, team-based environment.
