We are looking for a hands-on
Senior Agile Enablement Lead to drive enterprise adoption and maturation of Agile, product, and value-driven delivery practices across complex, multi-team environments. This role is responsible for enabling consistent ways of working, strengthening delivery execution, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement aligned to strategic outcomes.
You will partner closely with Product Line leadership, Technology and Architecture leaders, Delivery Managers, and senior stakeholders to orchestrate enablement across teams, ensuring alignment between strategy, investment, and execution. The role blends leadership, coaching, and operational rigor to improve speed to value, quality, and predictability at scale.

Senior Agile Enablement Lead, Vice President , you will:
- Orchestrate Agile enablement across product lines and programs to deliver strategic and operational outcomes aligned to enterprise priorities
- Align delivery enablement to organizational design to improve flow, reduce dependencies, and accelerate speed to value
- Embed Agile, product, and value-driven practices into end-to-end discovery-to-delivery cycles
- Coach and mentor leaders, product managers, and delivery teams on Agile mindset, role clarity, and outcome ownership
- Establish and sustain program- and product-level Agile ceremonies, cadences, and governance aligned to enterprise standards
- Integrate telemetry, insights, and metrics traceable to investment to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Drive consistent adoption of OKRs and value realization metrics to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, transparency, accountability, and empowered cross-functional collaboration

- Strong facilitation, communication, and change-management skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in matters of importance to enterprise delivery
Education & Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of extensive experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) applied at product line or portfolio scale
- Experience enabling delivery across data, platform, analytics, or enterprise technology domains
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics, flow, and value realization practices
- Experience with delivery and enablement tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power Automate)
- Proven ability to work across multiple workstreams and organizational boundaries
- Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and time management skills
Salary Range: $115,000 - $216,250 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
