DescriptionAmeriSave is currently hiring a Help Desk professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven and passionate about playing a key role in our company's growth. Candidates must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide tier 1 level technical and procedural assistance via phone, email and chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Research issues using available information resources
- Implement issue resolution and/or advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Log all help desk interactions
- Redirect problems to tier 2 and tier 3 level support as required
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Assist senior IT staff as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred; some college coursework required
- Working knowledge of Windows 11
- Working knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite
- Ability to assist others with complex issues in a professional manner
- Learning and initiative skills
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).

The hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00
