JDE E1 Development Team Lead
Charleston, SC (Hybrid – 3 days per week on site)

Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of JDE E1 development experience
- 3+ years in a team leadership role
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7–10 software developers
- Hands-on development player - coach
- Manage multiple concurrent application development projects from initiation through deployment
- Prioritize project portfolio and allocate resources effectively
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to IT strategy and continuous improvement efforts
