Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Python development, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI systems leveraging modern LLMs, autonomous agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise AI integrations.
Key Responsibilities
LLM & Generative AI
• Design and implement applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models.
• Develop RAG-based solutions using vector databases.
• Build prompt engineering and prompt optimization frameworks.
• Integrate AI models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models.
Agentic AI Development
• Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing tasks.
• Build multi-agent systems for business process automation.
• Implement agent orchestration, memory management, and tool integrations.
• Develop AI copilots and virtual assistants.
• Monitor agent performance, safety, and governance.
Python Development
• Develop scalable backend services using Python.
• Create APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Build data processing and ML pipelines.
• Write reusable, maintainable, and production-grade code.
• Perform code reviews and optimize performance.
AI Solution Architecture
• Design enterprise AI architectures.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as:
o LangGraph
o LangChain
o CrewAI
o AutoGen
o Semantic Kernel
• Experience with:
o RAG architectures
o Vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS)
o Prompt Engineering
o Fine-tuning and model evaluation
o API development
Machine Learning & AI
• NLP fundamentals
• Deep Learning concepts
• Model evaluation and monitoring
• Embeddings and vector search
Cloud & DevOps
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions to production.
• Experience with enterprise AI governance and security.
