8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals including governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing model, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling.
Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and make sound tradeoff decisions between declarative features and custom engineering solutions.
Experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and external platforms.
Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support skills in complex enterprise environments.
Ability to critically analyze requirements, identify design gaps early, and challenge incomplete or non-scalable solutions.
Strong code review discipline, engineering standards mindset, and focus on resiliency, quality, and operational excellence.
Modern Salesforce Experience Preferred:
Salesforce Data Cloud
Agent force / Einstein AI capabilities
CRM Analytics / AI-driven workflows
Experience enabling unified customer profiles, identity resolution, and AI-ready data models
Exposure to event-driven and near real-time architectures
Familiarity with Hyperforce considerations and enterprise platform modernization initiatives

Drive design reviews, PR rigor, and technical documentation
Mentor junior engineers and uplift engineering quality across the team

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications
Experience in large enterprise or highly regulated environments
Strong communication skills
Experience working with globally distributed teams

Engineers focused only on configuration/ticket execution
Profiles lacking strong API, architecture, and platform fundamentals
Tech leads/Profiles lacking current and relevant hands-on experience
