What's your day like?
As a Project Manager at Lake Shore Paving, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful construction projects by collaborating closely with the owner's representative and our skilled crews. Your responsibilities will include assisting with estimating and seamlessly managing the submittal process to ensure all aspects are addressed. You will generate purchase orders and subcontracts with material suppliers and subcontractors, establishing a foundation for project execution. Additionally, you'll set and execute comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely progress and adherence to project delivery requirements. Your expertise in generating and negotiating change orders, alongside preparing monthly pay estimates, will be vital in maintaining project financials and fostering transparency.
