We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Project Manager - Electrical to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in data center projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading professionals and on projects for top-tier clients such as Google.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the execution of all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects, including conceptual development, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
  • Oversee project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and technical staff, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines and cost estimates, and manage project resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure all project work is completed in compliance with industry safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Report on project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in the electrical construction industry.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in data center projects.
  • Experience working with major clients such as Google is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is desirable.
