Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) in complex enterprise environments. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to support data warehousing, ETL, and reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Build and maintain data mappings, packages, workflows, and scenarios
Integrate data from multiple source systems into Oracle databases and data warehouses
Optimize ODI performance and troubleshoot data integration issues
Work closely with data architects, DBAs, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
Support production deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution
Create and maintain technical documentation for ODI processes and data flows
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
Experience working with Oracle databases
Ability to analyze source-to-target mappings and business requirements
Experience with performance tuning and optimization in ODI
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Data Warehouse or large-scale enterprise data platforms
Exposure to reporting tools or downstream analytics systems
Prior experience working in an onsite, client-facing environment
