Summary

Position: Oracle Technical Program Manager

Location: Foster City, CA (Remote)

Type:- Contract

We are looking for an “ Oracle Technical Program Manager.”

Skills: Oracle WMS, Oracle SCM, Oracle R12, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), Strong communication skills

Experienced in WMS and SCM Modules in Oracle R12.
Lead program planning, including scope definition, work breakdown, milestones, and the integrated delivery roadmap
Serve as the primary point of contact for client business and IT stakeholders; run steering committee and status meetings
Establish and operate program governance: status reporting, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, and escalation paths
Coordinate across onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment, handoffs, and time-zone overlap coverage
Own the solution architecture sign-off in collaboration with the leads, ensuring end-to-end integration design meets business requirements
Manage interdependencies , change requests, including impact assessment on scope, cost, and schedule
Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT) and drive go-live readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare
Track budget, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs
Ensure adherence to client security, compliance, and quality standards.
