A rapidly growing Chicago SaaS company is seeking a .NET Engineer to join its team in downtown Chicago near Union Station. This venture-backed software company develops technology that helps businesses streamline operations and scale more effectively. The team builds modern cloud-based applications using .NET, C#, REST APIs, SQL databases, and contemporary frontend frameworks.

This opportunity is ideal for an engineer looking to have tangible influence on a growing product and growing company. Rather than being limited to a small piece of the stack, this person will own complete features from concept through deployment while working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core, and C#
Experience building REST APIs and backend services
Frontend development experience with React, Angular, or Blazor
TypeScript, HTML, and CSS expertise
Experience working with SQL databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience using Git-based development workflows
Ability to independently deliver complex technical projects

Desired Skills & Experience

PostgreSQL or MongoDB experience
CI/CD pipeline exposure
Docker or Kubernetes knowledge
Experience building SaaS platforms
Microservices architecture experience
Message queue technologies
Prior startup experience
Mentoring or technical leadership experience
