QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: biostatistics, informatics, health services research, management information systems, or information technology.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with statistical data analysis and manipulation of large datasets,
A minimum of 3 years of experience working with relational databases.
A minimum of 3 years of experience programming in SQL or Structured Query Language.
A minimum of 3 years of experience programming in SAS.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with data analysis tools and the organization of data analysis in Word, Excel, Access, and SAS.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with requirement elicitation techniques to gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with the design and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with the delivery of training in related fields.
A minimum of 2 years of experience using medical data standards (ICD-10/SNOMED/RxNorm).
