Oracle Cloud financial functional Lead (100% Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Lead Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and have successfully led 3 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations from requirements gathering through post-production support.

This role requires a seasoned functional lead who can work closely with business stakeholders, provide strategic guidance, lead solution design, and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementation projects.
• Conduct business process workshops and gather functional requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Financials solutions.
• Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production support.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, training materials, and process documentation.
• Recommend Oracle Cloud best practices and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP Financials consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Experience leading 3 4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules such as:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Expense Management

• Strong experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Financials Certification.
• Experience integrating Oracle Financials with Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain, or other Oracle Cloud modules.
• Previous experience leading enterprise Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives.
