Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, translate complex needs into user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and business rules, and collaborate with business and technical teams to support successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead business discovery and requirements gathering sessions.
· Develop user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
· Identify and resolve requirement gaps and dependencies.
· Perform end-to-end workflow, system, and data analysis.
· Maintain requirements documentation and traceability.
· Support testing and UAT planning/readiness.
· Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, Data, and vendor teams.
· Support backlog refinement and Agile delivery.
Required Skills:
· Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering experience.
· Strong Requirements Analysis and Documentation skills.
· Experience with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows.
· Requirements Traceability and Root Cause Analysis.
· UAT and Test Coverage Validation experience.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· Cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery experience.
· Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership certification.
· Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience.
