Description
Brandon and Brandie are leaders in the Call Center environment at Centene. Centene is investing in its Centene Duals FIDE program and are currently onboarding users in the state of Fl to the Connect platform - in order for these users to be onboarded to the platform by OE, additional engineers are required.
The lead will be driving system architecture, translating business requirements into actionable tech specifications, and ensuring code quality across the team. They also mentor junior developers and act as a bridge between management and the engineers
Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions. Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.

• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Enable technology solution design and implementation working with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Architects, Internal / External API customers, Software Engineers, Automation Engineers and Testers
