Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of marketing automation projects, ensuring successful delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing strategists, to optimize digital experiences.
Serve as a Marketo Subject Matter Expert, utilizing extensive knowledge of platform capabilities.
Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM and SQL for effective data management.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations aligned with industry best practices.

Skills

Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially Marketo.
Strong experience with CRM systems and data-driven applications.
Proficiency in SQL, including multi-table joins and data modeling.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of additional marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive email coding.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and agency structures.
Marketo and CRM certifications are advantageous.
