Job Overview:
· Clients'' backend is already set up and all of their order management configured.
· We will be replacing Planning and dispatching solution, and Field execution mobility solution with SAP FSM
· You must be able to have this type of discussion with client''s business, asking the right questions like- What are the things we need to do for this replacement, and what is your current SAP Best Practice scenario and how do we fit the standard?
· If not a fit to standard then we need to identify the gaps and talk about the customization we need to do.
Qualifications
1. Hands-on field service operations & processes experience
5-7+yrs experience in the SAP Field Service
2. Min. (2-3) three SAP FSM implementation,
3. Hands-on SAP field Service / FSM design & configuration.
4. Relevant experience within SAP Field Service Management or Work Management.
5. Experience in configuration capabilities in web and mobile applications for SAP Field Service Management Product.
- Need to have experience integrating fsm with is-u backend.
6. Configuring sub-modules in SAP FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time and Material, Journalapproval functionality, and Smartform settings.
7. Strong knowledge of Work Order Management, GEO Enablement for Mobile Integration, Schedule and Dispatch, Service & Mobile Device Management.
8. Bachelor of IT, Engineering (IT, Industrial, etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
SAP FSM systems support & troubleshooting
3. Conduct training sessions for end-users.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems.
1. Develop FSM requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy SAP FSM solutions.
2. Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality & review requirements with stakeholders.
