Job Title:-Microsoft 365 / GenAI 

There are 3 positions open: Architect, Engineer, and Analyst

Location:-Remote

Duration:-12 months+

Role Summary

The M365/GenAI Engineer designs, builds, and supports secure integrations, connectors, and operational controls across Microsoft 365 and enterprise LLM platforms. This is the hands‑on technical implementer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and enterprise authentication.
• Implement DLP, MIP, retention, Sensitivity Labels, and secure configuration.
• Administer and operationalize enterprise LLM platforms (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude).
• Develop connectors, automations, and reusable patterns for AI and M365 workloads.
• Troubleshoot permission issues, data routing, and cross‑workspace access.
• Implement conditional access and secure identity authentication flows.
• Provide hands‑on engineering for data governance enforcement.

Required Expertise

• Strong coding/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Graph queries).
• Hands‑on M365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive).
• Experience integrating and managing enterprise Generative AI platforms.
• Knowledge of prompt patterns, AI safety, and enterprise AI control mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and least‑privilege access.
• Ability to translate policy into automated technical enforcement.
