Must-Have Skills:
- IAM Security Architecture and architecture assessment.
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), access certification, and identity governance.
- Evaluate IAM security controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Directory Services and Identity Stores.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Develop reusable IAM security architecture patterns and design templates.
- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and application onboarding.
- API and service account security.
- Federation, external identity integrations, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
- Reference architectures and implementation blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Assess the existing IAM landscape, architecture, and security controls.
- Review IAM governance, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
- Identify security, compliance, and operational gaps.
- Prepare current-state architecture assessments and recommendations.
- Develop and standardize reusable IAM security architecture patterns.
- Create reference architectures for identity lifecycle, application onboarding, privileged access, and authentication.
- Recommend improvements to IAM architecture standards and implementation practices.
