Job Title: Supply Chain Project Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support IT supply chain initiatives through process analysis, project coordination, and data-driven improvements. Our team is looking for someone who can help streamline requests, tickets, and workflow execution while partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor supply chain processes using ServiceNow for requests, incidents, and tickets to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans using Atlassian Jira.
- Use Jira Kanban boards to visualize workflow, prioritize tasks, and track progress toward project goals.
- Conduct data analysis, develop documentation, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 8 years of experience as a Project Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on supply chain processes.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow for managing requests, incidents, and tickets.
- Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira for Agile project management and Kanban boards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
