Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience gathering business requirements and delivering enterprise IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience working with Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, and production releases.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Recommend process improvements and solution enhancements.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA Certification.
- Salesforce or ServiceNow project experience.
