RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Consultant/Full Stack Developer in Dallas, TX.
Overview:
This role is a blended 50% Full Stack Developer/50% Genesys Cloud CX Consultant position focused on building modern, scalable solutions for a cloud-based contact center environment. The work is primarily net-new development and integrations rather than maintenance.
You will design, build, and enhance custom applications and services that integrate deeply with Genesys Cloud CX, supporting routing, workflows, Architect flows, and data exchange. The role works cross-functionally with multiple business and technical teams to deliver reusable platforms and tools that drive long-term value, measurable cost savings, and operational efficiency.
A significant focus of this role includes building and integrating AI-driven capabilities within the contact center ecosystem, such as intelligent chat interactions, outbound automation, proactive notifications, and predictive analytics. You will help create services that aggregate internal application data and customer data to improve customer experience and reduce inbound call volume.
You will be involved across the full development lifecycle-from design and development to deployment through CI/CD pipelines-using modern cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices. The position is remote, working primarily in EST or CST hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
* Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including routing, workflows, Architect flows, and APIs
* Strong understanding of how data is sent to and received from Genesys Cloud
* Experience integrating Genesys with custom-built internal tools and services
* Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
* Frontend development experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework
* Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar server-side platforms
* Experience working with RESTful APIs, integrations, and asynchronous systems
* Familiarity with WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP technologies
* Experience building and deploying services using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS)
* Working knowledge of AWS cloud services
* Experience with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
* Familiarity with contact center analytics and reporting solutions
* Ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
