Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and maintenance of Oracle Payroll solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM/Payroll modules and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver payroll solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

• We are looking for Oracle HCM Cloud with strong Cloud Payroll implementation experience. Implementation with Payroll is key.

• Must have Oracle Payroll / Cloud Payroll implementation experience.
• Must be able to configure the cloud application from scratch.

• Gather and analyze payroll business requirements.
• Configure and implement Oracle Payroll modules (Core HR, Payroll, Fast Formulas, Absence, OTL if applicable).
• Conduct gap analysis and provide functional solutions.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), MD050/MD070, and configuration documents.
• Support payroll parallel runs, testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and go-live activities.
• Design and validate payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing setups.
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Ensure statutory compliance and localization requirements are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 3 8+ years of Oracle Payroll functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll lifecycle and statutory regulations.
• Experience in at least 1 2 end-to-end Oracle Payroll implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas and payroll configuration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
