Technical Lead – Salesforce Implementation
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee and drive successful Salesforce implementations, with a strong emphasis on turning around challenged or underperforming deployments. This role requires deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, strong leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset to ensure business goals are met through robust, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead on Salesforce implementations, including architecture, design, development, and integration.
- Assess, troubleshoot, and revitalize underperforming or at-risk Salesforce projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, admins, and business analysts.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet standards for quality, scalability, and performance.
- Provide hands-on development support and mentorship to junior team members.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and technical dependencies.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
- Demonstrated success in turning around troubled Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect) are highly preferred
- MUST have an understanding of the configurations for various Q2C and Sales tool integration implementations.
