Coordinate all activities with government range facilities (e.g., COTO, White Sands, Edwards) to secure range slots, address safety requirements, and manage range-specific constraints.

Lead the preparation and submission of FAA experimental airworthiness certifications, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidance.

Oversee platform integration activities, including avionics, payloads, telemetry, and ground-support equipment.

Conduct and chair weekly Flying Test Working Group meetings, driving decisions, assigning action items, and tracking progress.

Provide briefings and status reports to senior leadership, program managers, and government stakeholders.

Mentor and supervise a team of 5-10 engineers from systems, software, mechanical, and test disciplines.
